Conferences

Set in the heart of the Waveney Valley on the borders of Suffolk and Norfolk, Wingfield Barns is available for hire in part or as a complete site. We welcome enquiries from public and private sector organisations, small, medium or large companies looking to run conferences, away days, retreats, casting sessions, interview days or confidential meetings.

We have two main conference spaces:

The Great Barn which can accommodate up to 120 delegates. Panelled walls, high ceilings, timber framed. WiFi, digital projector and electric screen, PA system and track lighting. Prices start from £200 per day.   Click here to download floor plan of the Great Barn

Lecture Room/Small Conference Room/Practical Workshop. This room may be used either as a traditional conference space or as a more creative space, making the most of the creative and artistic facilities, and is suitable for up to 30 people.

Organisations, artists and community groups can hire any of these to put on their own events. We also have extensive gardens and free car parking for up to 70 cars.
Overnight accommodation can be arranged on your behalf at the local hotels and bed and breakfasts and all catering is taken care of, should you require.
Prices start at £175 per day.
