Weddings at Wingfield Barns

Centered on a Grade II listed timber framed barn built in 1537, the sympathetically restored barns sit well away from the road providing the seclusion and beauty that you would expect from your wedding venue.

The Great Barn, in its magnificent and very private location offers the perfect setting for a day as special as your wedding. Wingfield Barns is fully licensed to conduct civil ceremonies so your marriage can be conducted on-site or at a nearby church, moving into the Barn for your reception and celebration.

Adjacent to the Great Barn is the terrace and lawns which offer great outside space in fine weather and can accommodate outside catering, dancing, musical entertainment or a wedding fete. The Bride-to-be, her attendants and close family have the unusual luxury of a preparation suite, The Granary that can be made available throughout the day. This has proved of enormous value and offers exceptional facilities including sofas, mirrors, a small kitchenette, and dining area, a lounge with sofas and TV and three single-bed en-suite rooms if required.

Wingfield Barns is available on a hire-only basis allowing you freedom to choose all outside suppliers, or on a package basis whereby we introduce you to our preferred suppliers covering catering, photography, flowers, transport, musicians and of course local accommodation.
