​Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Wingfield Barns Presents Vouches can be purchased in our shop in denominations of £10 and £25

Validity Period
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. After the expiry date, vouchers cannot be used, reissued, or refunded.

Redemption
Vouchers can be redeemed in-store / 01379 384505 for Wingfield Barns Presents Events.
They cannot be used for independent events at Wingfield Barns.

Non-Transferable
Each voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Partial Redemption
If the full value of the voucher is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance can: Not be carried forward and will be forfeited.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced. Treat your voucher like cash.

Refunds on Purchases Made with a Voucher
Items purchased using a voucher are subject to the normal refund and exchange policy. Refunds for items bought with a voucher will be issued as another voucher

Fraud or Misuse
Vouchers that are found to be forged, altered, or misused will be void. The business reserves the right to refuse redemption in such cases.

Business Rights
Wingfield Barns reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
