Set in the heart of the Waveney Valley on the borders of Suffolk and Norfolk, Wingfield Barns is available for hire in part or as a complete site.

We welcome enquiries from public and private sector organisations looking to run conferences, away days, retreats, casting sessions, interview days or confidential meetings.

Conferences & Training

We have flexible conference and training spaces:
  • The Great Barn is 14.6m x 5.8m and can accommodate up to 120 delegates.
  • Our Galleries 1 and 2 are 9 x 4.6m and 10.8 x 8.5 m respectively and can be used separately or combined.
  • Studio 4 can be used either as a traditional conference room or as a more creative space, and is suitable for up to 25 people.

Organisations, artists and community groups are welcome to hire these spaces to put on their own events.

Wingfield Barns has extensive gardens and free car parking for up to 70 cars.

Lunches can be provided (pre-booking essential).

Schools

Educational visits to Wingfield Barns have been hugely rewarding for pupils and teachers. For example, previously the venue has been used for visual art exhibitions and practical workshops.

Visits can be tailored to a school’s specified curriculum requirements.

Wi-fi access is also available throughout the site.
